This advice does not come with a warranty, but it worked on my machine, even after I tested and retested various button combinations, and it is still working just fine. There is a simple way to reset all consumables (drums, transfer belt, & fuser, but not the toner cartridges) all by just using the menu buttons.

NO FUSES will be needed.

The method reset all four drums on my C5300, saving me about $700. Follow the simple steps in the simple to read PDF document. It took me several days to find the solution, I don't expect people to fall over themselves to buy this item, but I think it's a real bargain. Hope you think so too.
